I did some scrounging the internet for a DIY Remote Caddy Pattern yesterday, and found none that I like. I didn't want my version to tuck and I wanted extra pockets. I made up my own from combining basic elements from wallet patterns I've used from Craftster.

Paula's is reversible with pockets on the inside and the out, as well as both ends.
